As a Groundskeeper, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our outdoor areas are pristine, safe, and visually appealing, contributing to the overall exceptional experience of our guests.

• Maintain the outdoor areas of The Sandy Pickle, including sand volleyball courts, pickleball courts, putting greens, and surrounding landscapes.
• Regularly inspect the grounds to identify and address any safety hazards, litter, or maintenance issues.
• Perform routine landscaping tasks such as mowing, watering, pruning, weeding, and planting to keep the grounds in top shape.
• Ensure that the sand courts are properly raked and maintained, providing an optimal playing surface for guests.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to address any equipment malfunctions or repair needs related to the outdoor areas.
• Assist with setting up and taking down equipment for events and activities, ensuring that everything is properly stored after use.
• Maintain a clean and organized storage area for tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Communicate any maintenance needs or concerns to supervisors in a timely manner.
• Uphold the visual aesthetics of The Sandy Pickle's 70s nostalgia vibe, contributing to the overall atmosphere of the club.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure environment for both guests and staff.

• Previous experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or a related field is preferred but not required; we value a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of basic landscaping techniques, tools, and equipment.
• Attention to detail to ensure the grounds are visually appealing and safe for guests.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions.
• Enthusiasm for maintaining a welcoming and vibrant outdoor environment that aligns with The Sandy Pickle's 70s nostalgia.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate shifts during different times of the day and week, including weekends.
