Hillside Veterinary Clinic is looking for a full-time Emergency Veterinarian, to join our team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community. Sign-On-Bonus of up to $75K and Retention Bonus of up to $25K over 3 years.

You'll deliver exceptional, real-time care when pets and their families need it most. Our progressive compensation model is designed to reward your impact, offering a competitive base salary alongside production opportunities—with no negative accrual.

You'll provide emergency care for sick and injured patients while also managing hospitalized cases. You'll assess and diagnose patients, develop and oversee treatment plans, and partner closely with technicians to ensure high-quality execution of care. Your work will include performing surgeries, delivering critical care, and maintaining an exceptional standard of service for every patient who enters our emergency department.

Hillside Veterinary Clinic is a full-service companion animal hospital providing a broad spectrum of treatments and procedures. Its entire staff is committed to superior veterinary care throughout the life of your pet and quality client satisfaction for you, the pet owner.

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree required
• State Veterinary Board License:
  • Active and in good standing for the state of intended employment
  • Obtained prior to start date
• Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible
• Experience in emergency medicine or completion of small animal rotating or emergency internships is highly recommended
