- Conducts Quality Assurance activities on designated job sites/projects, including quality walks, inspections, verification of work against plans/specifications, punch list creation and management, and coordination of field testing. Reviews plans and specifications to ensure alignment with actual installations.
- Coordinates and oversees field testing of entire systems to enhance quality control measures and gathers quality data for projects, facilitating communication between the office and field to proactively address any quality issues.
- Inspects that all trade activity meets company standards. Creates and maintains quality documents and records, such as test reports and checklists.
- Develops and maintains internal and external customer relationships.
- Works closely with CX agents/representatives and Test/Balance agents/representatives to ensure work is installed/functioning properly as designed.
High school diploma or GED is a minimum requirement. An Associate’s degree in Quality Assurance or a related field is highly desirable.
0–2 years of Quality Assurance/Quality Control experience specifically in the commercial mechanical and plumbing sector.
Thorough knowledge of quality assurance and quality control standards methodologies. Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis and statistical methods.
