As part of our Food Safety and Quality Assurance group, you will be responsible for inspecting food quality and supporting safe food standards. Activities include completing sensory evaluations on products during manufacturing as well as routine checks on food safety equipment and verifying proper equipment sanitation before start-ups and product change overs.

Your Typical Daily Activities

• Ensuring high quality food products that are eaten EVERY DAY, NATIONWIDE.
• Using TECHNOLOGY at a state-of-the-art facility.
• Working with the award winning food safety and quality assurance experts on EXPERIENCED teams that are looking to pass down their expertise to workers WILLING TO LEARN and get paid while doing it.
• CHALLENGING yourself to get the JOB DONE RIGHT and to gain skills.
• Troubleshoot quality and food safety problems and partner with operations staff to resolve issues.
• Conduct sieve analysis and sensory evaluations of products to meet required specifications.
• Participate in start-up, changeover, and shut-down inspections of operating equipment.
• Monitor food safety systems in place to ensure potential hazards are mitigated.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives in order to increase platform performance

Your Daily Schedule

You will be assigned to the following shift:

2nd: 12pm-8:30pm

What You Have to Offer

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control in manufacturing.

Physical Requirement

75% of time:
Standing/Walking/Climbing/Lifting (up to 40lbs)/Pulling and/or Pushing/Grasping with fingers/Reaching with hands and arms/Stooping and Crouching.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 - $21.00 per hour
