QA/QC Lead Project Coordinator – Mechanical Construction

We’re looking for a QA/QC Lead Project Coordinator to lead quality efforts on large commercial mechanical and plumbing projects. This role is for an experienced quality individual or Foreman who understands quality, compliance, and how jobs really get built—and wants to have a bigger impact across entire projects. You’ll stay connected to the field while also working closely with project management, clients, inspectors, and testing & balancing teams.

You’re the go‑to person for quality: setting expectations, catching issues early, and making sure systems are installed and operate the way they’re supposed to.

• Reviewing drawings, specs, and quality requirements
• Coordinating inspections, testing, startup, and commissioning
• Leading QA/QC efforts across projects up to $25M+
• Training crews on quality standards and best practices
• Managing QA/QC documentation and audits
• Communicating with project teams and clients on quality issues
• Identifying trends and improving how work gets executed

• 5+ years in commercial mechanical or plumbing construction
• Experience leading direct reports required.
• Strong background in healthcare, medical gas, institutional, or military work
• Experience with testing, balancing, and commissioning teams
