Clean Wrap​/FAT Finals Supervisor

The Clean Wrap / FAT Finals Supervisor oversees the final testing, inspection, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), cleaning, protection, and shipping readiness of modular data center units. This role owns the final quality gate, ensuring all testing, documentation, deficiencies, and finishing requirements are completed before a module is released for shipment

• Execute inspection and test plans, verify quality standards, manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), and ensure complete module documentation.
• Supervise electrical testing and FAT activities, coordinate customer witness points, and enforce energized-work safety requirements.
• Manage punch-list closure and coordinate module flow through testing, final inspection, cleaning, and wrapping.
• Approve final shipment release only when all required testing, documentation, quality, and protection requirements are met.
• Oversee final cosmetic inspections, cleaning, shrink wrapping, weatherproofing, and documented handoff to Shipping and Receiving.
• Enforce electrical safety, LOTO, PPE, fall protection, chemical handling, housekeeping, and 5S standards.
• Manage crew assignments, coach Team Leads and technicians, and maintain testing tools, calibration records, and cleaning supplies.
• Track quality and damage trends, identify root causes, and drive improvements in first pass yield and turnaround times.

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in testing, commissioning, quality, or final-stage industrial or electrical equipment manufacturing.
• Hands-on electrical testing experience involving power distribution, switch gear, or controls.
• Experience managing inspection and test plans, deficiency closure, release documentation, and customer FAT inspections.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams, schematics, mechanical drawings, and test procedures.
• Working knowledge of LOTO, energized-work safety, arc-flash protection, permits, fall protection, and hazard communication.
• Knowledge of final equipment protection, wrapping, and weatherproofing.

• Experience with modular data centers, switch gear, UPS systems, generators, or electrical skids.
• Familiarity with CSA requirements, Canadian Electrical Code, ISO 9001, CAPA, calibration programs, and Lean/5S.
• Relevant electrical trade qualifications and safety training, including NFPA 70E, CSA Z462, OSHA, or Alberta OHS training.
• Net Suite experience; bilingual English and Spanish is an asset for Fort Worth.
