English to Estonian Review Lead UI, Marketing & Product Content

Welo Global is a leader in multilingual AI, technology, and content solutions. This role owns the English to Estonian review process for UI, marketing and product content, acting as the language quality owner and primary client-facing linguistic expert.

• Analyse requirements and track changes to quality standards and content types.
• Lead regular alignment discussions and publish a monthly quality digest.
• Coach Reviewers one-to-one, run shadowing sessions, and deliver data-driven training.
• Propose style guide improvements and share patterns with the Quality Manager.
• Maintain alignment with the client by raising concerns with evidence and minimizing surprises.

• 3 to 5+ years in Localization Quality Assurance, Senior Language Lead, or Quality Governance.
• Direct experience as primary contact for client Language Managers and handling escalations.
• Deep experience with LQA frameworks like RQE, LQE, error rubrics, and severity mapping.
• Ability to analyse style guides, interpret client expectations, and map tolerance by content type.
• Facilitation skills for coaching, shadowing, alignment round tables, and monthly quality reporting.
• Native-level Estonian and professional English.
