We’re looking for our next Quality Assurance Manager to join our Dallas, Texas plant.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Chemical/Food Engineering, Chemistry, or Microbiology.
- Minimum 3+ years leading quality, food safety, or lab teams in manufacturing.
- 2-3+ years in food & beverage operations (carbonated soft drinks, PET, and canning preferred).
- Deep expertise in FDA requirements, FSMA, and 21 CFR Part 117 compliance.
- HACCP mandatory; PCQI qualified (or within 90 days) and GFSI scheme experience (SQF/BRCGS/FSSC 22000).
- Proven expertise in QA/QC, physicochemical/microbiological labs, metrology, and supplier quality.
- Skilled in RCA, CAPA, SPC, FMEA, and structured methodologies (8D, A3, DMAIC, 5 Whys).
- Hands-on experience with process validation, line hold/release authority, consumer complaints, and audit readiness.
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- High integrity with an independent safety mindset, cross-functional influence, and a culture-first drive.
