English to Kyrgyz Review Lead UI, Marketing & Product Content

Welo Global is a leader in multilingual AI, technology, and content solutions. This role owns the English into Kyrgyz review quality and acts as the primary client-facing linguistic expert for a global technology client.

• Analyze requirements by reviewing style guides and glossaries and tracking changes across updates
• Run regular alignment round tables and publish a structured monthly quality digest
• Coach Reviewers one-to-one, run shadowing sessions, and deliver data-driven training
• Propose improvements to style guides and share cross-locale patterns with the Quality Manager
• Maintain alignment with the client by treating Language Manager decisions as the standard

• 3 to 5+ years in Localization Quality Assurance, Senior Language Lead, or Quality Governance
• Experience as primary contact for client Language Managers and handling escalations
• Deep knowledge of localization evaluation frameworks (RQE, LQE, error rubrics, severity mapping)
• Ability to analyze style guide changes and map client expectations by content type
• Facilitation skills for coaching, shadowing, and structured monthly quality reporting
• Native-level Kyrgyz and professional English
