For our client, we are seeking a Principal Product Quality Leader to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.
This role provides senior-level quality leadership across late-stage and commercial programs in a highly regulated environment. You will partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate complex quality data, support product filings, and drive improvements that strengthen product quality and compliance. The position also plays a key role in authoring and reviewing GMP and regulatory documents, as well as managing product quality risk assessments and annual product reviews.

Compensation: $138,639 – $187,570 annually
Responsibilities- Provide cross-functional quality leadership for late phase and commercial programs
- Support science- and risk-based evaluation of complex quality data
- Partner with cross-functional teams on product filings and program improvements
- Author and review GMP and regulatory documents
- Manage product quality risk assessments and annual product reviews
- Doctorate degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree and 10 years of relevant experience, or a High School Diploma/GED and 12 years of relevant experience
- Preferred: B.S. or advanced degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, or a related field
- Preferred: 6+ years in a regulated environment with biologic products
