Compensation: $19–$21 per hour (based on experience) plus monthly performance bonuses

We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused Leasing Professional to join our team in the Dallas region. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, personable, and passionate about helping prospective residents find the perfect home while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Warmly welcome and engage guests upon arrival
• Professionally interact, build, and maintain relationships with prospects and residents
• Identify prospect needs, overcome objections, and successfully lease apartment homes
• Follow up and follow through with prospects and residents in a timely and professional manner
• Prepare, obtain, and manage accurate legal lease documents in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Utilize Microsoft Office, Yardi Voyager, and CRM software programs to complete daily tasks
• Provide exceptional customer service to callers and walk-in guests
• Contribute to a positive, welcoming, team-oriented work environment
• Be dependable and available for scheduled Saturday hours and multiple weekdays

• 1 year of apartment leasing experience preferred
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Genuine passion for helping others
• Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently
• Enthusiasm for a fast-paced environment and willingness to embrace new challenges-
• Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet goals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Yardi, and CRM systems
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a positive attitude and producing high-quality work
