Practice Real Estate Group (PRG) is hiring an Associate in the Dallas‑Fort Worth area.
The Associate role at PRG is an opportunity to learn the key skills, behaviors, and knowledge necessary to find success in commercial real estate. Become the go-to expert for healthcare real estate in Texas. 12‑18 month entry‑level, salaried role for personable individuals with a track record of hustle, professionalism, and a strong drive to earn.
Those who succeed in the Associate role progress to fully fledged, commission‑only commercial agents in our firm with potential to earn $300k‑$500k by years 3‑5, $1M+ by years 6‑10.
Associates assist agents at the firm with prospecting, property research, and contract drafting and review. They learn to use their hustle and ambition to scour the market, make key connections, and add value at all levels of the firm. As Associates gain experience or source clients/opportunities themselves, they may begin to work specific transactions with established agents in the firm.
Key Responsibilities- Run the Prospecting Playbook bringing in new tenant rep clients and running deals from discovery appointments through negotiations
- Assisting existing agents with their in‑flight deals – showing properties, putting together LOIs, running property searches, talking with landlords, and updating the CRM
- Searching and verifying properties
- Calling landlords and landlord brokers
- Connecting with building owners to find out more about the status of the property
- 1 event attended per month
- 5 additions to email cadences
- 1+ Discovery Appointment per week
- 3 Active Deals In Property Search
- Are goal oriented, a self‑starter, relationship builder, comfortable with long sales cycles
- Are ready to put in the time and energy to be successful
- Aren’t scared to pick up a phone and connect with dozens of different people per day
- Have a strong drive to earn
- Have a “do what it takes” attitude – a history of rolling up your sleeves to figure things out
- Can balance your drive with the curiosity and humility required to grow
- Enjoy high autonomy situations – are most productive when you’re in charge of your own task list

- Compensation from $42,000 based on experience
- Option to work under an agent and support his or her deals and earn a commission
- Medical coverage available 1st of the month following start date and 401(k) match available after 6 full calendar months. These benefits are included while salaried.
