Ambo Properties is building a Centralized Services Team to support property operations across our portfolio.

The Centralized Services Associate plays a hands‑on role in executing administrative, systems, and operational tasks that support on‑site teams. This role ensures consistency, accuracy, and timely completion of work across multiple properties.

This is not a property‑level position
; it operates within a centralized, shared‑services model designed to streamline operations and enhance efficiency company‑wide.

Primary Responsibilities

• Affordable Knowledge
• Support on‑site teams by completing centralized administrative and system‑related tasks.
• Ensure accuracy, organization, and timely follow‑up across multiple properties.
• Communicate regularly with residents and property teams via phone and email.
• Adapt to changing priorities and assist with operational support as needed.
• Participate in a hybrid schedule, including in‑person workdays or trainings as required.

Required Experience

• 2+ years in an administrative, operations, or systems support role in the multifamily property management industry
• 2–3 years of experience with Real Page One Site Leasing & Rents (New One Site).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Affordable Housing experience

Preferred

• Experience in a centralized/shared‑services model.
• 1 – 2 years' experience as a system administrator within Real Page systems
