Property Tax Consultant

A growing nationally recognized Dallas litigation boutique law firm, Brusniak Property Tax, is seeking a Property Tax Consultant to join our team. Our goal is to provide quality consultative and legal services to commercial property owners across Texas.

Primary responsibilities include managing assessed values, appeals, and hearings for Texas real estate and personal properties. Qualifying candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years of real/personal property consulting or commercial brokerage experience.

Professional designations and licensure are a plus. This position offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Duties include:

• Presenting cases and appeals to Appraisal Review Boards in-person or remotely
• Interfacing with clients
• Researching new trends or methods in valuation
• Building relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Networking, attending conferences and additional professional education
• Learn about new tax laws and how to use them to our clients' advantage.
• Communicate effectively with clients and other professionals.
