Some of the specific duties include: outreach marketing, leasing, make-ready coordination, evictions, resident requests, property inspections, maintaining files, and problem-solving to resolve resident, vendor, and associate issues.
Must be organized and have an outgoing/likable personality, enjoy meeting new people, be able to follow instructions, and be self-motivated.
