Your new role

As the Vice President, your objective is to maintain and improve the real estate both physically and financially. The ultimate goal is to produce the maximum cash flow and improve the property's long-term value. The Vice President directs and oversees the overall operations and team.

What you'll need to succeed8+ years as Director/VP of Property Must have experience with direct office (10 years+)Strong leadership skills (managing team of 20+ reports)
Extensive knowledge of property financials

Highly proficient with MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Experience with third-party management, for outside owners

Based in DFW or know the market deeply
