Shift Manager

We’re inviting applications for the position of Shift Manager at a McDonald’s corporate‑owned restaurant. Please note that while the restaurant uses McDonald’s logos and products, the employee will be hired by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s USA.

• Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, take action to meet McDonald’s standards, monitor safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with the next shift manager for continuity.
• Help assigned departments meet their goals and meet targets during shifts.
• Food Safety, Internal Communication, Inventory Management, Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness, Managing Crew, Quality Food Production, Exceptional Customer Service, Safety and Security, Scheduling, Training.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Candidates should be positive team players with a flexible schedule and passion for working in a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. Must be 18 years or older.
