We are looking for an energetic, career‑driven individual with a positive approach to hospitality. In this role, you will assist in the execution of our restaurant outlets and manage our team.

• Supervise Food and Beverage Outlet operations
• Communicate and delegate tasks to the team
• Ensure compliance with brand standards
• Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Represent needs of the team
• Assist Food and Beverage management with achieving financial targets
• Assist Food and Beverage management with training and development of team members
• Assist with annual and mid‑year appraisals for team members under your responsibility
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation
• Be environmentally aware
• Assist other departments as necessary and maintain good working relationships

• Previous experience in a mid‑high volume restaurant operation
• Proven success in consistently delivering high‑quality service in a professional atmosphere
• Detail‑oriented, passionate about mentoring and developing a team
• Well‑rounded background in hotels, restaurants, and upscale dining with exceptional organizational skills
• Demonstrated hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and urgency values
• Quality focus, productivity, and customer‑focus orientation
