• Experience :
  One year of leadership experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting.
• Skills :
  Strong leadership, multitasking, and communication abilities.
• Problem-Solving :
  Stay calm under pressure and make effective decisions.
• Flexibility :
  Willingness to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Communication :
  Outstanding verbal communication skills are essential. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred to better serve our diverse community.
