We are seeking a skilled and creative Mixologist to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of mixology, a passion for new flavors, and the ability to create unique and memorable drinking experiences for our discerning clientele.

• Deliver a consistently high level of guest service. Give unobtrusive, knowledgeable, and genuine service to every guest, every time.
• Prepare alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to company standards in an efficient manner.
• Possessing and utilizing knowledge of all offered restaurant menus.
• Keep bar area clean in accordance with company’s guidelines as well as requirements of the local health department.
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the shift and be able to account for any and all discrepancies.
• Develop an efficient work pace that keeps the guests at the bar and in the dining room satisfied at all times.
• Work in partnership with servers to deliver a seamless guest experience.

• High School Diploma or related preferred.
• High volume craft bartending experience.
• Current TABC and Food Handler’s certification.
• Extensive knowledge of spirits with emphasis on Tequila & Mezcal.
• Excellent mixology skillset.
• Ability to utilize jiggers for measured pours and follow precise cocktail recipes.
• Knowledge of POS systems.
• Friendly, courteous, and well‑spoken.
• Works well within a team environment.
• Organized and detail oriented with the ability to be flexible.
• Motivated to grow and learn new and innovative food and beverage techniques and recipes.
• Operate with passion, integrity, and respect for both internal team members and external guests.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move product, equipment and supplies up to fifty (50) pounds.
• Work requires the following motions: bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching.
• Exposure to temperatures: less than 32°F (freezers), 32-40°F (refrigerators), and greater than 90°F.
