Pay: $2.13/hr + Tips
Location: Dallas, TX
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time

Little Ruby’s Dallas — part of our growing café brand — is seeking friendly, energetic Servers to join our team. If you enjoy creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere and delivering great guest experiences, we want to meet you.

• Greet guests, present menus, take orders, and serve food & drinks with a smile
• Provide attentive, friendly service and anticipate guest needs (refills, special requests, etc.)
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, & front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout your shift — dining area, side-stations, etc.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and company standards
• Support a high-energy, guest-focused environment

• Previous hospitality or restaurant service experience preferred but not required
• Friendly, outgoing personality and a strong service mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay composed under pressure
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Base pay of $2.13/hr + tips
• Great tips potential — servers often make more than base pay
