This role is for a multi-million-dollar restaurant and its people. You will attract, retain, and develop a high-performing team, and drive quarterly strategic planning goals while upholding the highest standards in product, profit, environment, and guest experience.

Duties

• Foster a cohesive and collaborative team environment through exemplary leadership.

• Provide guests with friendly and attentive service throughout their dining experience.

• Resolve service issues and guest complaints with urgency, poise, and good judgment.

• Assist with managing store sales, budgets, cost of goods, and labor.

• Supervise and coach service and experience standards.

• Build sales opportunities and positive guest experiences.

• Fulfill recruitment needs, create positive candidate experiences, and retain the team.

• Support training and development of technical knowledge and execution.

• Communicate daily focus and feedback to service and kitchen teams.

• Follow all food and alcohol service and handling safety precautions and procedures.

Basic Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of leadership experience (high potential candidates with less experience encouraged to apply).

• Must have or be able to obtain valid local/state Food Handler and Alcohol Server permits.

• Passion for hospitality with a proven track record of creating world-class experiences.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods; frequent bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 lbs.
