DINING ROOM SERVER - FULL TIME

The Tradition Senior Living is a Texas‑based luxury senior living organization that serves residents across multiple communities in Dallas, Houston, and Fort Worth. Each community offers a continuum of care that includes Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. We are currently seeking a Full‑time Server at our Dallas‑Prestonwood community. In this role, you will be responsible for the timely preparation of meals, ensuring high‑quality presentation, and maintaining a safe, sanitary environment. You will report directly to the Director of Dining, who oversees day‑to‑day operations of the Food & Beverage department.

• Contribute to the resident’s fine dining experience by providing excellent customer service in a fine dining setting.
• Ensure the quality, style, and timeliness of meal service.
• Keep kitchen and service areas clean and organized.
• Present meals appealingly, ensuring entrée availability and timely preparation.
• Manage guest relations, including resident and guest interaction and communication.
• Maintain food production records, temperature logs, and cleaning schedules.
• Control inventory of supplies and products.

• At least one year of experience cooking in a restaurant setting.
• Possess strong culinary skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant‑style service related to meal preparation, service, and timing.
• Ability to read and follow recipes.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Good judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
