• Provide excellent guest dining experience
• Ability to thrive in high pressure environments
• Efficiently manage a 3-5 table dining station
• Maintain a flawless presence pertaining to Maple Hospitality Group uniform and hygiene standards
• Communicate and report on guests experiences both negative and positive
• Read guests and deliver custom experiences based on your personality
• Be a true team player -- communicate with and support the team at all times

Who We Are Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of high volume fine dining experience
• A master of details
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to multitask
• Above average wine knowledge with intent to become certified within one year of employment
• Extensive food and culinary knowledge
• Excellent people skills
• High degree of professionalism
• A genuine passion for the craft of service
