Join us for this incredible opportunity at Hyatt Regency Dallas, which is located downtown next to the iconic Reunion Tower. The Cook II actively handles the preparation of braised food, grilling, broiling, blanching, cooking, and sauté items. Candidates should have professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures, and should be able to work single‑station in the kitchen. Additional responsibilities include preparing daily specials, checking the quality of finished food products, ensuring efficient preparation methods and procedures on a daily basis, and receiving products from the storeroom.

Qualifications- At least 2 years of experience working in all kitchens, such as the cold kitchen, restaurants, banquets, and the butcher area.
- Hotel cooking experience and/or culinary degree preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods of time ého
- Requires moderate supervision and training
- Texas Food Handlers Certification
- Flexibility to work any days of the week, including weekends and holidays
