The Café Manager is responsible for overseeing daily café operations while leading, inspiring, and developing a high-performing team. This role ensures exceptional customer service, consistent product quality, operational excellence, and alignment with brand standards. The Café Manager serves as a role model for the brand and is accountable for achieving sales goals, maintaining compliance, and fostering a welcoming café environment.

• Lead, collaborate, inspire, and train the café barista team
• Interview and hire new team members
• Work as part of an enthusiastic, fun, high-energy team
• Implement and monitor compliance with store policies and practices
• Perform administrative duties, including ordering, scheduling, inventory, and other operational tasks
• Open and close the café, completing all required duties and expectations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented café, bar, and workspace
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals
• Prepare specialty coffee beverages of the highest quality, as well as other drinks and food items
• Maintain up-to-date coffee knowledge and clearly communicate product information to customers
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and quality control standards

• Previous café, coffee, or hospitality management experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Passion for coffee, quality, and customer experience
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including opening and closing shifts
