- Greets all guests in a welcoming manner
- Prepares beverages according to recipes to maintain consistency
- Serves coffee, other beverages, ice cream, pastries
- Memorizes menu and can recommend items to guests
- Takes customer orders and pays close attention to details and customizations
- Maintain high energy and positive attitude
- Handles all guest service issues in an immediate and gracious manner. Responds promptly and appropriately to guest service issues and reports the situation to the Restaurant Manager on Duty.
- Maintain s cleanliness of workstation and surrounding areas
- Maintain s stock of cups, utensils and ingredients
- Wears required uniform and meets Company grooming/dress policies.
- Conduct s oneself in a professional manner with the awareness that all actions and communications are within guest view.
- Maintains communication and teamwork with all co-workers and supervisors.
- Adheres to all Company/department procedures, policies, expectations and quality standards.
- Other duties as assigned by management
- Kind, hardworking, and team-oriented personality
- Must have ability to obtain Food Handlers and TABC license
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to memorize recipes
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast pace environment
- Ability to maintain regular attendance and be punctual in a complete uniform for any scheduled shift.
- Knowledgeable of basic sanitation.
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand and exert fact paced mobility for periods of 5 hours or more with a high energy level.
- Ability to lift, push, pull and move 30 pounds
- Closed toe, non canvas and non-skid soled
