Join Hyatt Regency Dallas’s Food & Beverage team as a Cocktail Server at Monduel’s Bar, our lobby bar in downtown Dallas near Reunion Tower. This role offers the opportunity to grow within the company while providing a welcoming, memorable experience for bar guests. The Cocktail Server welcomes guests, presents the menu, takes and delivers orders, and offers recommendations based on menu knowledge. Servers engage guests in friendly conversation, provide attentive service, and keep tables and service areas clean, organized, and presentable throughout service. Success in this role calls for strong awareness of guest needs and a collaborative approach with the bar team.
