You will lead front-of-house staff including servers, bartenders, runners, hosts, bussers and barbacks, ensuring smooth service and policy compliance in a vibrant Italian marketplace.
The role requires 2+ years of FOH leadership, strong communication, and knowledge of Italian cuisine. Onsite work with flexible evenings and weekends; compensation $60,000–$65,000 annually
