As a Restaurant Manager at Bubba's Cooks Country, you will be part of a multi-manager leadership team responsible for running a high-volume, made-from-scratch restaurant.

You will:

Share responsibility for daily restaurant operations with other managers

Lead, coach, and develop team members

Maintain Bubba's Cooks Country’s standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness

Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally

Manage labor, inventory, and food costs

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards

Support your fellow managers to keep the restaurant running smoothly
