Yardbird Dallas is seeking a Pastry Chef to join our team. This role will plan, set up and prepare quality pastries, desserts, breads, ice creams, sorbets, creams, syrups and jams in accordance with departmental standards.
Responsibilities include enforcing sanitation, maintaining equipment use, coordinating with Chefs, keeping stations organized, preparing items per recipes, monitoring inventory to minimize waste, controlling food costs and ensuring smooth service.
