As a Sales + Styling Captain
, you’ll do more than sell—you’ll create connection. Your mission is to delight every customer who walks through the door, whether it’s by helping them find the perfect gift, building a stylish outfit, or simply being a bright spot in their day.

For Captains who seek leadership, we offer a higher pay for those trained and certified to be Manager on Duty.

• Part‑time role scheduled between 16 and 30 hours a week
• Must be able to work 4 weekend days a month
• Increased pay for Captains who complete Manager on Duty training and certification
