Beauty Advisor/Artist Freelancer DFW TX ESTEE LAUDER
Join Estée Lauder as a freelance beauty advisor/artist to provide makeup application, skincare, hair, or fragrance consultations. Combine your creative, technical expertise and passion for people to deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in‑store experience that educates and delights customers.
Collaborate with a high‑performing team to create impactful in‑store events and maintain visual merchandising standards that set the store apart.
Responsibilities- Provide makeup application, skincare, hair or fragrance consultations to customers.
- Deliver personalized, inspirational customer service that educates and delights.
- Work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast‑paced environment.
- Support in‑store events and maintain high standards of visual merchandising.
- Utilize retail point‑of‑sale software for transactions.
- Certification in makeup artistry and/or prior retail makeup experience preferred; beginner‑level experience welcome.
- Expertise in fragrance, skincare, and hair consultation highly valued; willingness to develop skills acceptable.
- Experience in retail sales with strong creative and technical expertise.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Proof of right to live and work in the United States if invited for interview.
