As a part‑time Brand Ambassador you bring our brand to life every day, providing customers with an amazing shopping experience and representing our values with authenticity.

• You engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a "friends first" mindset.
• You educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make tailored product suggestions.
• You introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
• You flex between the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed.
• You proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• You assist your team to get the job done and maintain integrity.

• You love interacting with people.
• You have energy for a fast‑paced environment.
• You’re available on evenings, weekends and holidays.
• You love AE & Aerie products.
• You have prior retail experience.
• You’re at least 16 years of age.
