Role OverviewThe Sales Operations Coordinator supports the daily operations of our wholesale and digital sales channels, working closely with brand partners, key retailers, digital platforms, and fulfillment teams. This role is responsible for managing item setup, maintaining channel compliance, tracking orders and inventory, coordinating samples, and ensuring data accuracy across all systems. This person helps our brands successfully navigate the U.S. retail landscape and meet the requirements of each channel.
Key Responsibilities- Support channel sales teams with daily operational and administrative needs.
- Gather, validate, and input product data for the creation of new product listings across retailers and platforms.
- Track purchase orders and inventory shipments across retailers, digital channels, and U.S. warehouse locations.
- Support brands with retailer compliance, including EDI coordination, RFID ticketing, UPC catalog management, packaging, shipping, and routing requirements.
- Coordinate product samples for retail accounts, marketplace partners, and internal needs.
- Assist with sales reporting, analysis, and channel performance communication.
- 1–3 years of experience in key account wholesale and/or marketplace channel operations.
- Experience with platforms such as Shopify, Mirakl, and NuOrder.
- Familiarity with major U.S. retailer compliance requirements, including EDI, GS1/UPC, and RFID.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel.
