Essential functions and process responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Working under minimal supervision with varied and moderately complex duties.
• Applying advanced skills in the area of specialization.
• Adapting procedures, techniques, tools, materials, and equipment to meet specific needs.
• Assisting in orienting, training, assigning, and checking the work of other Partners.
• Monitoring production flow and controlling product quality for retail customers.
• Coordinating production flow and organizing the work area.
• Overseeing product quality, monitoring shrink initiatives, and managing special orders.
• Managing shifts, lunches, and breaks.
• Ordering raw ingredients and maintaining sanitation in the department.
• Monitoring equipment conditions and assisting in training new partners.
• Supporting food safety, sanitation, and operational excellence initiatives.

Education and Experience: Typically requires 5-8 years of related experience. Knowledge of department products, food preparation, and equipment is required. Supervisory experience is preferred. Knowledge of commercial baking procedures and equipment is essential.

Physical and Other Requirements: Ability to function in a fast-paced retail environment. Capable of lifting 20 lbs or more on an occasional basis.
