Dallas Floral Sales Rep - Part-Time

We are hiring a Part‑Time Floral Sales Representative for our Dallas location. The role involves stocking and selling floral products to new and existing retail customers, merchandising, and ensuring the freshest products reach the sales floor.

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Organize, clean, and prepare the back area for incoming deliveries.
• Keep the sales floor uncluttered and free of spills.
• Stock and rotate items as needed.
• Reset products and maintain shelf conditions, ensuring integrity of shelf tags and signage.
• Check shipments for out‑of‑date or damaged product to ensure freshness and quality.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations for product freshness, safety, refrigeration, and sanitation.
• Maintain standards in shrink, safety, and inventory control.
• Assist in merchandising the department to maximize sales.
• Use suggestive selling techniques to maximize sales.

• 0–2 years of experience.
• Knowledge of department products, food preparation, and equipment used.
• Extensive knowledge of specialty food products.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Passion for food.
• Materials handling equipment certification.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures.

• Must be able to manage loads of over 25 lbs., up to 50 lbs.
