The Seasonal Selling Associate enhances the client experience during the holiday season by welcoming customers, connecting them with the appropriate associates, and supporting sales and store services. This role works across store areas based on business needs and reports to a Sales Manager.
Responsibilities- Welcome clients at store entrances and in departments, and connect them with associates based on their needs.
- Process point-of-sale transactions and follow up on customer requests, questions, and needs.
- Handle escalated customer issues by connecting clients with management.
- Support BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, and fitting room experiences in partnership with store teams.
- Introduce clients to available services, including alterations and personalization.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-focused role, with demonstrated ability to sell products and services.
- Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
