The Seasonal Operations Associate supports store operations during the holiday season and helps deliver an exceptional client experience. This role reports to an Operations Manager and handles merchandise flow, inventory control, and related store assignments.
Responsibilities- Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare it for the selling floor.
- Prepare merchandise for shipment to clients, other stores, or the distribution center.
- Complete daily inventory control operations and execute merchandise price changes.
- Follow safety procedures on the receiving dock and in all work areas.
- At least one year of experience in operations or warehouse roles.
- Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
- Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
