We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Market Tradeshow Assistant to support our wholesale showroom during seasonal market week during Dallas Market October 19 - 23rd. This role plays a key part in preparing the showroom, assisting sales staff, and ensuring smooth operations before and during shows. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in fashion, excellent organizational and people skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
DescriptionAssist with setup and breakdown of showroom displays and booth installations
Merchandise product collections to reflect brand aesthetics and current trends
Organize samples, lookbooks, and line sheets for buyer presentations
Greet and check in buyers and retail clients during appointments
Support sales reps with order entry, sample pulls, and style information
Take notes and manage appointment schedules during market
QualificationsStrong interest or background in fashion, retail, or wholesale sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
Proficient in wholesale platforms (e.g., Joor, NuOrder) is a plus
