Operations Specialist

We are seeking an Operations Specialist to join our team at Loro Piana. The Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in the overall success of the business by supporting all operational and inventory-related activities. You will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, replenishing products on the sales floor, and organizing inventory to maximize efficiency. You will collaborate with all members of the team to ensure that stockroom conditions align with Loro Piana standards, contributing to seamless store operations.

• 3+ years of operational and inventory experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of operations and inventory control.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds.
