Retail Merchandiser - Dallas-Fort Worth

PUR makes aspartame-free gum and mints, sweetened with xylitol. Our Spearmint and Peppermint gum packs sit at checkout in Target stores across the US. We're looking for a sharp, reliable merchandiser to make sure our product is on shelf and selling at the front end of Target stores in Dallas-Fort Worth through the start of the holiday season.

• Term: 4 weeks, November 9 to December 6, 2026, with a possible extension.
• Pay: $6,000 fixed for the month, paid $1,500 every week. No timesheets.
• Route:16 Target stores across Dallas-Fort Worth, about 47 store visits a week (2-3 visits per store).
• Time: about 45 minutes in each store, roughly full-time including drive time. You plan your own route and schedule within each week.

• Check every checkout lane and self-checkout that carries PUR gum: whether it's open, whether our spot is stocked and tagged, how many packs are on each shelf, and whether anything is blocking our space.
• Face and front our product and move packs from closed lanes to empty PUR spots on open lanes. Only use spots where PUR is already on Target's planogram.
• Ask store leads to pull PUR stock from the backroom when lanes run short and note whether it happened.
• Take a photo of each lane and send a short report from your phone before you leave each store.
• Tell us what you're hearing from the front-end team: which lanes are usually open, and who refills checkout and how often.

• Experience merchandising in Target stores (resets, audits or service visits). Other big-box or grocery experience will be considered.
• A reliable car, a valid license, and auto insurance.
• A smartphone and comfort with photo reports and simple forms.
• Weekday availability for the full four weeks.
• Clear, honest reporting, including when things go wrong.

• Each week's payment covers that week's scheduled visits. Visits without a report are deducted at the per-visit rate.
• Before your first visit, you'll get a 30-minute walkthrough of the report form, a store list, and a PUR letter of authorization for checking in at the store.
