As a Business Development Manager, you’ll lead expansion in the TX, OK, and LA regions—identifying new opportunities, opening new accounts, and helping partners thrive with Ultraceuticals and the Sylton Observ.
What You’ll Do- Drive new business: research, prospect, and onboard new partners in your region
- Build lasting relationships: partner with owners and teams to support growth through sales strategy, events, and education
- Collaborate across teams: work closely with Education, Marketing, and Leadership to align goals and ensure partner success
- Showcase innovation: represent our brands at trade shows, demos, and events
- Stay organized and proactive: manage leads, pipelines, and reporting in our CRM system
- 3+ years of successful sales or business development experience—ideally in skincare, beauty, or wellness
- Strong relationship‑builder with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self‑motivated, organized, and passionate about helping others succeed
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a supportive team
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Willing to travel up to 80% of your work week within your region
- Bonus: Cosmetology or Esthetics license or experience in spa operations

The team member in this position will be expected to work remotely. A computer, printer, and phone will be provided in order to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
