Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our client's dynamic sales team in helping customers navigate their service needs. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers looking to establish essential services. You'll use consultative selling techniques to understand each customer's unique needs and match them with the best available options.

This position offers significant earning potential through uncapped commissions, with top performers regularly exceeding $100,000 annually. The role begins with comprehensive onsite training and mentoring, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid work arrangement based on performance. You'll be joining a fast-paced, results-driven environment where your success directly impacts your earning potential and career growth.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound phone calls to educate customers on available service options
  • Guide customers through service selection process using consultative selling approach
  • Reconnect with existing and past customers to identify new service opportunities
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets consistently
  • Schedule follow-up appointments to keep customers informed of service developments
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer interaction records in CRM system
  • Complete up to 75 outbound calls daily during peak calling periods
  • Collaborate with service teams to resolve any customer issues or concerns
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to improve sales techniques
  • Utilize team knowledge and available resources to enhance product expertise

Education
