Farmer’s Fridge makes fruits and vegetables accessible and approachable for everyone. We offer a variety of fresh, healthy, ready-to-eat meals and snacks through our fresh food vending machines, wholesale partners, and our office pantry solution — providing chef‑curated meals to customers within seconds. Today, we operate a network of Fridges and partner with clients nationwide in high‑foot‑traffic areas, such as airports, hospitals, universities, and large office buildings — where there is limited accessibility to fresh, healthy grab‑n‑go options.

WhatYou’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and cold outreach to closing deals and onboarding new partners.
- Build and expand relationships with key food service and vending providers to unlock growth opportunities.
- Develop a deep understanding of market dynamics and identify strategic locations for Farmer’s Fridge placements.
- Work cross‑functionally with operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure we’re hitting sales targets and keeping up with market growth plans.
- Consistently hit or exceed sales targets while maintaining an organized and data‑driven approach to pipeline management.
- 2+ years of outside sales experience (B2B preferred), with a strong track record of closing new business.
- A true hunter mindset—you’re self‑motivated, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and love the challenge of securing new business.
- Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to navigate complex organizations and connect with decision‑makers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills—able to articulate value propositions and influence key stakeholders.
- Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM to track and manage opportunities effectively.
- Travel up to 80%.
The base salary range for this role is $75,000 to $85,000 per year. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for on‑target earnings (OTE) ranging from $150,000 to $200,000, which includes sales incentives.
