Overview

Lead Generator – Events Industry (Dallas, TX). Compensation: $25/hour.

Schedule:

10 hours per week | Part-time (with potential to grow into full-time). Training:
Remote training available | Local in-person networking required.

Cutting Edge Elite (CEE) is seeking a motivated lead generator to join our Sales team in Dallas. This is a great opportunity for someone with events industry experience who loves making connections and wants to grow with a national leader in event staffing.

Cutting Edge Elite is a national event staffing agency dedicated to bringing out the best in people. From luxury galas to large-scale sporting events, we provide highly trained front-of-house and back-of-house staff to some of the most recognizable venues, caterers, and event companies across the country. Our people-first approach prioritizes professionalism, emotional intelligence, and creating exceptional experiences for clients and guests alike.

• Generate and qualify new business leads within the events and hospitality industry
• Attend local networking events and represent CEE with professionalism
• Build and nurture relationships with potential partners and clients
• Collaborate with the Sales team to keep pipelines active and opportunities moving forward
• Support CEE’s mission of creating exceptional experiences through human-focused staffing

• Previous events industry experience required
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Self-starter with the ability to manage flexible, part-time hours
• Organized, reliable, and eager to grow into a full-time role
