Commercial Roofing Sales Manager – Dallas–Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid)
Location: Dallas–Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid – 1 day in office weekly)
Compensation: $70,000–$100,000 base + industry-leading 40% commission
A growing commercial roofing contractor is expanding its sales division and looking for a Commercial Roofing Sales Manager to lead business development and client relationships across the region.
What You’ll Do- Build and maintain strong relationships with GCs, property owners, and facilities teams.
- Identify and pursue commercial roofing project opportunities across DFW.
- Partner with estimating and production teams to develop proposals and close deals.
- Track performance metrics and contribute to overall business growth.
- Proven success in commercial roofing or construction sales.
- Strong understanding of TPO, PVC, BUR, and metal roofing systems.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, accountable, and driven by results.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Only one required in-office day per week; work remotely and manage your own schedule.
