Position OverviewThe Sales and Business Development Manager is responsible for driving growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources, healthcare professionals, and community organizations. This individual will represent Home Instead’s mission and services to the public, increasing brand visibility and client acquisition in the Dallas‑area market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior communities, physicians, and discharge planners.
- Implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets and expand market presence.
- Conduct in‑person sales calls, community outreach, and networking to generate qualified leads.
- Educate potential referral partners and clients about Home Instead’s services and value proposition.
- Represent Home Instead at local events, expos, and professional networking functions.
- Collaborate closely with the office team to ensure client needs are understood and met.
- Track sales performance, maintain an organized CRM database, and prepare reports for leadership.
- Stay informed about trends in senior care, competitors, and market conditions in the Dallas area.
- Experience in business development or community outreach, preferably in home care, senior care, or healthcare services.
- Strong understanding of the Dallas healthcare and senior living landscape.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible, self‑directed schedule.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
- Valid Texas driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
- Competitive base salary plus profit sharing up to $150,000 per year.
