Westlake Financial is a privately held auto finance company with more than 26,000 dealer partners across the United States. The Regional Sales Manager role is located in the Dallas, Texas Corporate Office and is a full‑time position that leads a high‑performance sales team of 20–30 representatives.
Responsibilities- Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the sales floor, ensuring a productive and customer‑focused environment.
- Hire, train, mentor, and hold sales representatives and supervisors accountable for performance.
- Spend 80% of time on the sales floor, leading weekly sales meetings and coaching calls.
- Set monthly team goals and conduct sales presentations to dealer partners.
- Call dealers as needed to assist sales representatives and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Present and sell company products and services, developing and maintaining sales and marketing materials.
- Participate in marketing events as necessary and enforce sales representative minimum expectations.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the auto finance and dealer market to identify and capture untapped markets.
- Execute other duties as assigned by management.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales management experience leading a team.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, auto finance, and banking expertise.
- High energy, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong computer skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and various sales software applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a closely related field.
- Goal‑oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in an office‑based environment leading a team.
- Qualified candidates must live in the region and work in the office.
Self‑determined, performance‑based compensation package. Base salary range: $100,000 – $180,000 per year, with additional incentive compensation based on individual and team performance. The exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of selection.
