As a Customer Engagement & Sales Assistant, you’ll play a hands‑on role in engaging consumers, promoting client brands, and most importantly, driving sales. This is a high‑energy, entry‑level position where you’ll rotate through key functions such as campaign execution, customer interaction, and team collaboration, all while receiving direct mentorship from experienced leaders.
Key Responsibilities- Support campaign setup and represent client brands at live events
- Proactively engage with event attendees and communicate product value
- Drive sales conversions and contribute to campaign performance goals
- Collaborate with your team to ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging
- Participate in feedback sessions to sharpen skills and improve outcomes
- Learn foundational skills in sales strategy, customer management, and data analysis
You will be mentored and trained by our leadership team on how to represent and be the face of our client brand correctly, conduct data analysis, manage customer interactions, and execute a sales strategy across various touchpoints. We will also introduce you to the sales timeline and how to thrive in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
